Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in analytical HR role, investment banking, management consulting (e.g., strategy, compensation) or similar analytical role. Experience using analytical methods, tools, and mathematical concepts to identify, design, recommend, and implement compensation solutions. Experience with HR policies, practices, principles, state and federal employment laws, and reputed company regulations. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, executive compensation consulting, or similar fields. Responsibilities Build robust data models and analyses leading into each compensation planning cycle and manage tools and resources available for the organization's use during compensation planning. Build reusable technology to scale and sustain program delivery and reusable analytics to automate insights and findings. Manipulate large data sets and convey findings to leadership. Participate in the research, development, and administration of assigned compensation programs, and monitor program success. Create, consult, and review compensation policies and processes. Work on projects such as deep dives, performance rating analysis and compensation policies.
