Summary: The Director, Business Development role is a new position that will provide strategic leadership, along with enhanced tools and capability building reputed company the FSOP Business Development Center of Excellence. Consultant Playbook, etc.) • Develops best-in-class presentations and leadership briefing documents • Share best practices at large throughout the organization (avoid recreating the wheel) • Planning and stewardship of negotiation and pitch experiences • Support key industry events • Facilitate documentation of renewals and acquisitions to build historical book of record (FSOP Negotiation Planner) Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience reputed company Work Experience: 5+ years’ experience in a consumer-packaged goods company, preferably in Foodservice customer management. Experience managing through a customer acquisition/renewal process also preferred.
