As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, ensuring that we find top-tier talent to our clients in the Construction Industry! This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space. Prior experience recruiting for (or working in) the Construction Industry REQUIRED! Responsibilities: • Screen and evaluate applications and resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for various positions at various companies. • Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles, and provide feedback to the hiring team. • reputed company client meetings to ensure company satisfaction with our services. • Coordinate with clients to schedule and organize final interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. • Obtain feedback from clients after final interviews are completed, enabling us to continuously improve our selection process and facilitate onboarding. • Utilize and maintain various HR software platforms to manage candidate data, interview schedules, and other recruitment-reputed company information. • Collaborate with the HR team to reputed company and implement effective recruitment strategies and techniques to attract high-quality candidates.
