The Benefits • Work From Home • Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses • Paid Holidays and Time Offs • Health Insurance Card The Role • Campaign Launch: Initiate new Meta ad campaigns from inception, ensuring all elements are strategically planned and executed. • A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of ads and ad sets to identify successful strategies that drive business outcomes. • Independent Optimization: Utilize data trends such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM to independently optimize Meta campaigns for improved performance. • Recommend Best Practices: Proactively advise clients on optimal campaign optimizations based on industry best practices and emerging trends. • Reporting and Communication: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using advanced Excel or Google Sheets tools, communicating findings via various channels to maintain client engagement and transparency. The Requirements • 3+ years of Meta ads experience to set up, optimize, and provide recommendations on ad campaigns based data trends • Understanding of and experience calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other important paid media KPIs and metrics • Experience building brand new reports in Excel or Google Sheets to show paid media trends in real time, and over time across campaigns • Expertise is understanding Meta ads data and making proactive recommendations to clients on what is and is not working, and then adjusting campaigns & ads accordingly • Monitoring & optimizing ad spend budget per day, week, and month, making budget allocation adjustments based on data • Proficiency in fluent English written and verbal communication • Proactive daily communication through Slack/IM, email, and video calls • Proven success partnering with U.S. based clients in past roles • E-commerce experience • Confident and comfortable working with CEOs, need minimal instruction, and can make strategic recommendations We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
