Remote Team Leader, Field Service - Electrical & Automation

reputed company is seeking a Remote Team Leader, Field Service - Electrical & Automation team member to support our clients Caribbean region. As a Field Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Field Service Team in the North Region, Energy Business in accordance with the strategy, action plan and business needs... Duties and Responsibilities: • Evaluate the Field Service demand during the year and define appropriate actions (including recruiting). • Development of your team competencies as required to address reputed company and future needs. • Ensure that the team is utilized effectively, having the right people in the right reputed company at the right time. • Foster strategic relationships with institutes of leaning to attract and reputed company talent. • Manage and maintain internal and external relationships, focused on achieving company targets. • Facilitate good collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the delivery chain (Sales, Lifecycle Support, Agreements, Technical Service). • Contribute to the annual budget preparation, and service forecast evaluations. • Set the individual performance and development targets of your team. • Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting: Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider • Understanding Reciprocating Gas reputed company Control Systems (reputed companyä, MAN, MaK, Caterpillar, Bergen etc) Desired Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration or similar qualifications Desired Skills and Experience • A minimum of 3 years managerial or leadership experience • Understand of the Field Service process • Be proficient with process tools such as reputed company (CRM), Qlikview and FS Mobility As an ideal candidate, we expect you to have: • High reputed company • Passionate about people • Customer focus • Strong focus on quality and safety • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in languages needed to support the team • Good negotiating skills • Strong organizational skills • Team player reputed company • Ability to reputed company persons of different cultural backgrounds • Good understand of profit and loss and cost to serve #M1 #LI-JD1 Apply Job!
