The Opportunity The Patient Experience Representative is responsible for assisting reputed company potential new patients with initial assessment scheduling and answering reputed company questions reputed company to reputed company reputed company phone and email. Other tasks as assigned by management Candidate Profile ? High school diploma or equivalent required ? Experience in a call center environment; previous experience in reputed company preferred ? Prior customer service experience, medical or mental health practices preferred ? Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to schedule appointments depending on the patient needs ? Must be well organized and reputed company to details ?
