Shifts: Part-time and full-time opportunities available, with a preference for full-time. Minimum of 20 hours per week required. ? Typing Speed: 4,500 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy Responsibilities: ? Input data accurately into our system using a steady stream of images ? Identify and categorize various document types based on provided documentation ? Review all entered data to ensure adherence to high-quality standards ? Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations ? Professionally collaborate with team members as needed to optimize workflow ? Suggest and propose improvements or enhancements to job processes ? Complete daily tasks efficiently and thoroughly while adhering to deadlines ? Execute additional office duties as assigned by management Qualifications: ? Previous experience in a data entry role or similar position preferred ? Familiarity with healthcare documents and processes is a plus ? Strong commitment to quality and confidentiality Education Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent required ? Additional certifications or training in data entry or related fields is an advantage Education Requirements Credential Category: ? High school diploma or equivalent Experience Requirements: ? Experience in data entry or administrative support roles preferred ?
