In this role, you will be responsible for auditing work across the Business and Product Operations (BPO) team. This includes reviewing internal controls, documentation, reviewing individual work, and contribute to developing tools that cut down on auditing time. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct audits and assessments of financial reporting processes, internal controls, and compliance - Analyze data, identify risks and issues, and recommend corrective actions to improve quality - Document audit findings and maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and monitor SOX controls Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field - 1-3 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or internal controls role - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in reputed company (including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, VBA reputed company to have) - Solid written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification - Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight) - Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and best practices About the team About AWS Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences.
