Your Role and Responsibilities This is a managed service provider (MSP) for Army IT systems and we support enterprise applications owners in migrating their systems into AWS and also provide sustainment services to support their applications. This position is for an administrator to support these applications from a migration, modernization, and sustainment role. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: • Deploy and sustain cloud infrastructure to support customer applications. • Provide daily administration of the Citrix Infrastructure. • Harden the Citrix based services per commercial best practices and the required government cybersecurity controls. • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of any Citrix issues reputed company the AWS environment • Coordinate and reputed company major version upgrades of Citrix Software. • reputed company and maintain system, infrastructure, and process documentation (system diagrams, network topology, software configurations, device configurations, standard operating procedures). • reputed company, deploy, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for deployment and sustainment of Citrix based services • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of customer application issues to include network, storage, operating system, and application-level analysis. • reputed company AWS Portal administration in support cloud customers add/modify/delete AWS resources, configuration of alerting and notifications, and general reputed company of AWS resources. • Provide on-call support for triage and resolution of after-hours production incidents. • reputed company recommendations for improvements to reputed company, scalability, manageability, and performance across a wide variety of network, storage, and compute services and technologies. Required Technical and Professional Expertise • This position requires active DoD Secret reputed company clearance or higher (US Citizenship is required)* Required Skills: • Senior level Cloud Engineer experience – IaaS required; some PaaS experience preferred. • Baseline knowledge of networking concepts (routing, firewall, load balancing) required; Knowledge of server technologies and application stacks preferred. • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (Ansible, Terraform, Python, Powershell, Bash, Puppet, Chef, etc.). • Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IA Vulnerability Management (IAVM) – preferred.
