Job Description... Our nationally accredited team is currently seeking a part-time Facilities and Compliance Associate! This remote position offers flexible hours but requires you to be based in the Phoenix metro area due to occasional monthly travel needs to support facilities. Compensation: • Hourly employee at $22.00 - $25.00 per hour • Remote position with flexible hours • Occasional monthly travel required to offices in Phoenix and Tucson (on average about 1-2 times per month) Your Role: • Facilitate inspections with local, regional, state, and national regulatory agencies and manage preparations for these inspections. • Coordinate the completion of routine monthly facility inspections. • Organize and coordinate emergency response drills to ensure preparedness. • Review data to ensure compliance with relevant standards and communicate findings in written reports. • Develop and implement training plans focused on compliance and safety. • Ensure personnel files are maintained and updated in accordance with company compliance standards. • Facilitate vendors across facilities, including janitorial services, pest control, property management, and maintenance. • Oversee the equipping of new clinics with necessary supplies and technology and manage preparations for regulatory inspections. Qualifications: • Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. • Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting, preferably in compliance. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency using document, information management, and office productivity (Microsoft) software systems. • Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable. • Continuously maintain active Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
