Focus: • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within assigned territory. • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans targeting financial institutions to secure new logo acquisitions. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging company resources and tools to achieve sales quotas. • Establish and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers and strategic influencers within prospective client organizations. • Accurately track and report all territory activities, sales pipeline, and opportunities using Salesforce. • Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and secure new business. Skill Set: • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software, systems, or managed services sales, with a proven track record in new business development. • Demonstrated success in consistently generating over $1M in new logo business annually. • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets. • Extensive experience selling to financial institutions, with strong C-level relationships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and close deals.
