Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data/Business Analyst short-term contractor with expertise in data management to perform documentation/collection as well as consolidation/reporting/analysis. The ideal candidate will help support a team of 4 focused on software, cloud, and cap software to consolidate complex data related to hours/spend in order to help drive insightful analysis. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large and complex data sets. Responsibilities: • Consolidate financial data related to software and cloud from multiple sources with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in roll-up to be presented to the executive audience • Data collection and cleanup on large data sets related to SaaS contract software to be uploaded into Productiv tool • Coordinate business stakeholder meetings to drive quarterly cap software meetings across various time zones and send reminders/follow-ups when necessary • Data management and maintenance of... employee logs related to cap software with updates in new hires, transfers, and terminations • Nice to have: technical skills to help build time entry forms for complex data collection related to cap software Requirements: • Experience in using Google products such as Google Calendar, Sheets, etc. • Experience in data collection/gathering in Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable working with large sets of data • Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy of data collection/consolidation • Positive attitude and teamwork spirit Apply Job!
