Job Title: Customer Service Representative Client: Fortune 50 Healthcare Client... Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long-Term Contract Pay: $17-18/hr About the Role: reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the Access Management Team at our Fortune 50 Healthcare Client. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing critical support to end-users across the organization. As a key member of the team, you will play an essential role in ensuring seamless access to systems and resolving technical issues with efficiency and care. Key Responsibilities: • Provide timely and efficient resolution of end-user issues, including account access and password resets. • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers/members with professionalism. • Troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to account management and assist users in navigating system features. • Document and manage tickets through the reputed company platform, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up on reputed company requests. • Assist customers with basic technical support, such as clearing browser cache/history and navigating reputed company Office applications. Skills & Qualifications: • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company) and call management platforms (e.g., reputed company). • Proficient in basic technical troubleshooting, including web browser navigation and reputed company Office applications. • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-reputed company tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly reputed company technical information to non-technical users. • Passionate about technology and committed to providing outstanding customer service. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and director-level executives. • Familiarity with network environments and basic IT support functions.
