Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join reputed company at TGI KBBQ. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in Korean BBQ, and will be skilled at managing reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring an optimal seating experience. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Duties and Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and seat them at the ideal table based on their preferences and the reputed company seating plan. • reputed company track of reservations and manage walk-in customers to optimize seating arrangements. • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding reservations, wait times, and general information about the restaurant. • Coordinate with servers and other staff to ensure smooth service flow and reputed company seating of guests. • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the chic and welcoming environment of the restaurant. • Assist with managing customer waitlists and communicate estimated wait times accurately. • Uphold a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor, even during busy and high-pressure periods. • Provide support to the management team by keeping accurate records of guest flow and seating arrangements. Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (2 years preferred). Korean BBQ experience is a plus. • Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean or Spanish is a plus. • Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment. • Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
