This includes maintaining travel data, generating and reconciling reports from various systems, researching and troubleshooting all travel issues that arise regarding hotel accommodations, housing agreements, flight arrangements and ground transportation. Position will work closely with travel agents, providers, and recruiters to arrange travel needs. The Details: This role is fully remote. In this role, you will be responsible for: • Creating and maintaining reports from multiple databases • Managing travel request dashboard • Reconciling charges for air/hotel/rental car • Troubleshooting/Acting as liaison for travel agent/recruiters/physicians • Initiating hotel payment for approved provider reservations • Coordinating travel and lodging for providers • Maintaining records of travel arrangements and requests • This role does include an on call aspect that can be handled remotely; less than 10 hours per month. • Performing other related duties and special projects as assigned by manager What we are looking for: • Excellent time management and organizational abilities • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to be assertive and make judgment calls • Strong negotiation skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Client service oriented (both internal and external) • Creative and persistent problem solver • Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization • Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information.
