Collections Specialist - Full-Time Work at Home

Job description Currently hiring Collections Agents for our Work at Home position Reporting to our MN Office. Fully Remote with Full-Time hours. Equipment Provided... PAY: $13 - $15/HR + a monthly Bonus. reputed company at Home Overview: Inbound calls dealing with early/ late stage 3rd Party Collections. (Auto, Credit Card) Responsibilities: · Reviewing accounts on a daily basis and maintaining reputed company work queue and desk assignments. · Contacting borrowers reputed company telephone (inbound and outbound) and email to attempt debt collection. · Establishing borrower location and contact information reputed company skip tracing if necessary. · Establishing borrower’s ability and willingness to pay and identifying the appropriate repayment program/options available to them. · Tracking and reporting reputed company account information into computer through our collections system. · Ensuring that reputed company necessary paperwork is sent out to borrowers, following up to ensure that paperwork is returned and then submitting it in a timely manner. · Meeting or exceeding reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. · Understanding and following reputed company federal and state laws with regards to collections policies and procedures. · Passing annual required compliance testing. · Performing other duties and special projects as assigned by management. Requirements: · This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with consumers. · You must also be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task. Previous experience in customer service, sales, call center, or collections preferred. Schedule Requirements Training - 3 weeks, Mon-Fri - 7am-4pm CST Post Training - Monday through Friday schedules 3 days reputed company to 5pm and 2 evenings 11am to 8pm.
