As an Executive Hospitality Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing exceptional candidates in various roles within hotels, resorts, country clubs, casinos, and more throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a competitive environment and has an extensive network within the industry. You'll have the autonomy to manage your desk, develop business, and build lasting relationships, all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities • Identify and engage with top candidates for various hospitality roles. • Leverage your network and industry knowledge to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools to manage the recruitment process efficiently. • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and present qualified candidates to clients. • Successfully place candidates in roles that align with their skills and career goals, ensuring a perfect match for both the candidate and the client. • Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to provide the best recruitment solutions. • Enjoy an uncapped commission-based structure - your earnings are based on your placements, giving you unlimited income potential. Qualifications • Minimum of 3-5 years in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of its operations and culture, or 3-5 years in recruiting, with proficiency in various tools and programs (ATS, Job Boards, Microsoft Suite, etc.). • A robust network of industry contacts essential for business development. • Highly competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Entrepreneurial drive and the aspiration to run your own business. • Must be a resident of Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, D.C.
