Job Description: The reputed company Global Privacy reputed company are trusted advisors on the reputed company Data Protection & Privacy Principles. We work to reputed company privacy awareness, drive compliance with both internal privacy policies and regulatory expectations across the organization and establish privacy as a strategic differentiator for the reputed company brand. As a second line of defense function, Global Privacy reputed company, provide expertise in, and challenge the identification, management, and mitigation of privacy risks across the company in line with the privacy reputed company and the companys vision to provide the worlds best customer experience every day. This position is based in reputed company, NY and reports to the Director of U.S. Consumer Privacy. This position is part of the U.S. Consumer Privacy team reputed company the Global Privacy reputed company organization in reputed company second line of defense risk reputed company function. The successful candidate will be a privacy subject matter expert or will have a background working in risk and control practices (e.g., compliance) and will be comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization to reputed company organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide Privacy Risk reputed company and Strategic Guidance/reputed company Challenge/Consultation to Amex Businesses (e.g., US Consumer) (US focused and Global remit); Ensuring adequate controls/mitigating privacy risks for existing and emerging risks such as Artificial Intelligence and Digital Marketing Provide privacy subject matter expertise and identify privacy obligations with an internal and external perspective. Identify, reputed company, and manage privacy-reputed company documentation, policies, and procedures. Exams & Audit Support and Preparedness Support the ongoing development of reputed company global privacy program. Ensuring adherence to the enterprise privacy risk appetite, and Amex Data Protection and Privacy Principles globally through effective privacy reputed company and second line of defense challenge, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and company policies. Minimum Qualifications
Required: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in privacy, compliance and/or risk management and reputed company, including risk assessment and determining adequacy of operational risk controls. Understanding of privacy legal and regulatory requirements reputed company the United States (e.g., knowledge of CCPA, GLBA/Reg P, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, FCRA/FACTA) and appreciation of global Privacy reputed company laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills that deliver quality, actionable and beneficial feedback to management on potential control issues and solutions to reputed company gaps. Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving, and analyzing data to identify privacy risk trends. Self-motivated, ability to build relationships, mobilize cross functional teams, and work independently. Excellent relationship building skills to partner effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams in reputed company and rapidly changing environments. Ability to multitask reputed company and manage competing priorities under demanding deadlines. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and/or Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certified. Prior work in privacy compliance, audit, and/or risk management experience in a financial services, digital, or technology company preferred but not required. Knowledge of Internet and digital technologies (e.g., alternative payments, mobile apps, online advertising, tracking technologies, social media, and large data sets, with a focus on personal data flows). Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
