POSITION SUMMARY As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving our company?s strategic growth through a reputed company of financial planning and evaluating M&A activities. You will participate in long-range financial planning and engage in scenario planning to support informed decision-making. You will also establish evaluation frameworks for M&A reputed company identification, reputed company build/buy/partner analyses, and conduct due diligence on potential M&A targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Planning Responsibilities ? Understand the company mission, vision, values, and strategy ? Participate in long-range strategic planning ? Participate in quarterly detailed budgeting, with an emphasis on reputed company and margins ? reputed company monthly reputed company variance analysis ? Gather reputed company data to inform strategies for accelerating reputed company growth and sales efficiency Scenario Analysis ? reputed company sensitivity analysis and stress-test the forecast ? Monitor macro and micro economic data to identify opportunities and threats ? Manage a portfolio of risks and opportunities ? Build scenarios to identify a range of possible outcomes M&A Responsibilities ? Conduct detailed financial analysis to support investment decisions ? Collaborate with product teams to conduct build/buy/partner analyses, and reputed company strategic investment themes and business cases ? Establish evaluation frameworks for identifying acquisition targets ? reputed company due diligence on potential M&A targets ? reputed company models to assess the impact of significant investments on the company?s financial performance ? Monitor and report on the performance of significant investments and M&A post-integration Required ? 3-5 years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A, or similar experience ? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or reputed company field ? Strong foundational understanding of financial statements ? Comfortably interacts with senior executives ? Ability to formulate and reputed company viewpoints in a clear and succinct manner Preferred ? Experience working in the software industry ?
