About this Opportunity This position demands versatility, as we are in a fast-paced environment. We are searching for people who are not just going to get the job 'done' but also go beyond the call of duty. For this position, you will be required to complete training and work remotely on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week. This role reports to a Customer Care reputed company. This temporary to possible permanent position will be employed through an employment agency for 4-6 months, at which reputed company, the position will be assessed for permanent employment directly with reputed company. There is no guarantee that employment with reputed company will occur. What you’ll do: • Accurately, quickly, and reputed company handle customer contacts reputed company phone (for billing and retention, technical troubleshooting, content questions, etc.). Training for handling chat and email contacts will come reputed company. • Translate technological jargon in a way that users like your parents or grandparents could easily understand. • Take key user feedback, and quickly and concisely pass it to the appropriate department (so we can reputed company improving the user experience).
