- Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
- Modify and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels

Requirements to become a freelance chat support specialist on Upwork:
- Must be over the age of 18 with an internet connection
- No prior experience is required but prior experience is preferred
Preferred skills for freelance chat support specialists
- Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
- 1 year of chat support experience preferred
- CRM/support tool experience a plus
