Virtual Assistant - Remote

Web Design, Social Media, Content Development, and Strategy. This is a fully remote, W2 employee position, offering flexible working hours between 20-40 hours per week. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work independently while still being part of a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Handle various tasks including executive assistant duties, marketing initiatives, website management, social media engagement, and more. Work independently to accomplish client projects and tasks efficiently. Proactively communicate with clients and seek additional work opportunities. Provide regular reports to clients and attend team meetings. Support clients through video meetings as needed. Ideal Candidate Qualifications Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Extensive customer service experience. Proficiency in tools such as Wix, Teamwork, Google Suite, Shopify, Wordpress, and project management systems. Strong Interpersonal Skills With Problem-solving Abilities. Resourceful and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 3-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM's, and project management software. Minimum 3-5 Years Of Executive Assistant/project Management Experience. Excellent communication skills, essential for remote work. Home office setup with high-speed internet, video conference capabilities, and a professional workspace.
