Key Responsibilities: Business Development: • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the AI sector. • Support the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. • Help build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape. • Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements. Marketing: • Aid in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote AI products and services. • Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and online content. • Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. • Help organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility. • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies. Customer Engagement: • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. • Assist in conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement. Product Development: • Support in the development of Sales & Marketing products /solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and strategies. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing, or completed, a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
