Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Seasoned Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the AI and SaaS domain, demonstrating a successful track record of launching and managing top-tier products. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to develop product strategies that align with company objectives. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Define and prioritize product features and functionalities, creating a compelling roadmap that balances innovation, customer needs, and business goals. • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. • Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for product enhancements. • Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for product improvement. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in AI and SaaS to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and SaaS products. • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Experience in agile development methodologies. • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in a SaaS environment.
