Hughes Customer Support Representative (Remote Night Shift)

WeConnect Global is looking for a full-time Hughes Customer Support Representative to work the night shift. This position is responsible for monitoring and closing out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders and verifying details pertaining to the work completed. This person in this position will be cross-trained to assist with logistics and system support as needed. • Telecommute is available after... training period is completed at the office location in Green Bay, WI. Must have reliable internet and dedicated work space - MUST LIVE WITHIN 45 min - 1 hour of Green, Bay, WI Job Duties Include: • Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system. • Assist technicians with order closeouts. • Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on. • Update information through data entry. • Run reports and update trackers as needed. • Assist with logistics and system related issues. • Assist with inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal/external customers. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • 1 year of customer service experience preferred. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Follow-through and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. • Able to work independently and have the willingness to research and suggest creative solutions. • Adapt to change and have the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily. • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency. • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. Schedule: • In-Person Training at office located in Green Bay, WI; Monday - Friday; day shift • 12-hour Rotating Night Shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am.
