As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future systems and daily operations of our replenishment planning users. As a Replenishment Planning Lead, you will… Collaborate across functions with stakeholders in Technology, Planning, Operations, and other areas to define, document, and support the approval of requirements essential for the deployment of new replenishment planning systems and programs. Play a pivotal role in developing and conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure the robustness of new functionalities. Be responsible for creating new training materials or updating existing ones to accurately reflect the latest system functionalities and updates, ensuring effective knowledge transfer across the organization. Provide crucial support for system deployment, ensuring smooth implementation and integration within replenishment planning teams. Anticipate conflicts, communicate effectively, and lead resolution and decision making when tradeoffs exist. We’d Love To Hear From People With The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. The ability to balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines. The ability to develop strategic plans and understand business impact. Progressive knowledge of inventory or planning system tools, including store supply replenishment and store allocation processes. Proficiency in ERP systems and other computer applications including advanced MS Excel skills; strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. Basic project management skills. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
