The Senior Equipment Service Technician-Phone Fix at Coca-Cola Remote Jobs is a full-time position requiring expertise in servicing and repairing equipment reputed company to phone systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving... technical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment functionality. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely. This job provides efficient technical direction/resolution for post-mix,vending and cooler equipment problems by phone or by video conferencing, field service technician support, parts orderprocessing for customers and general inquiries of a technical nature. Additionally, the Sr. Technical Advisor exists tominimize customer down-time and reduce service cost providing support seven days a week. Duties and Responsibilities ? Troubleshoot equipment issues (e.g., beverage vending, dispensing) reputed company telephone or video conferencing in order to minimize customer down time and service cost. ? Contact customers in order to confirm service or orders (e.g., service follow up, equipment service confirmation, parts delivery confirmation, service scheduling). ? Research and resolve issues for customers, business partners and Company associates in order to expedite service, installations or orders using information systems (e.g., CCR systems, reputed company or reputed company databases). ? Process order information using Coca-Cola information systems to deliver data to customer, business partners and Company associates or to communicate demand for products or services. ? reputed company and facilitate delivery of assets (e.g., beverage equipment, parts, reputed company of sale material, return of assets) for customers in order to complete projects or installations using Coca-Cola information systems and supplier contacts. Key Skills And Abilities Bilingual - Spanish preferred Education Requirements High school diploma; GED equivalent Years of Experience 5 to 7 years in a Customer Care Center: Knowledge of the Customer Communications Minimum 1 year of technical/ mechanical experience (plumbing, HVAC, equipment service/ cooler services) Required Travel 10% Travel required - MVR will be processed.
