We?d love to hear from people with: ? 1-3 years demonstrated experience in labor relations field, problem resolution and/or counsel and advice to reputed company line managers. ? 1-3 years' experience in Labor Relations/Human Resources. ? 1 year of consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions. ? Ability to adapt and operate as an optimistic change agent. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal communications skills across departments. ?
