Demonstrates tact and diplomacy in handling problem solving situations. ? Manages conversations to focus on answering questions, resolving concerns and achieving a high level of claimant satisfaction. Qualifications ? High School Diploma, Associate's Degree preferred ? 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience ? Ability to learn, retain, and apply information in a fast-paced environment ? Must have friendly, customer centric personality, focused on creating a positive experience through sales, education, and relationship building techniques ? Highly motivated and reputed company driven ? Excellent grammar, spelling, oral, and written professional communication skills ? Must be flexible, adaptive and reputed company to change ?
