Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time Grading Teacher certified in German to join our team. In this role, you will support our full-time teaching staff in providing virtual learning experiences. As a Part-Time Cyber Teacher, you will play a crucial role in grading student work and delivering timely, constructive feedback to enhance their learning journey. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to positively impact students' academic development.
Key Responsibilities
Create a Positive Learning Environment: Cultivate a positive and encouraging atmosphere that inspires students' love for learning and active participation. Collaborate with students to identify areas needing additional support and provide targeted instruction to help them succeed. Grading And Feedback Grade and meticulously track completed online tasks and test scores with accuracy and timeliness. Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback within a strict 72-hour grading turnaround time. Technical Proficiency Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient in online education tools and virtual learning platforms. Ability to adapt and learn new technology skills to enhance the teaching and learning experience. Communication And Engagement Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions. Motivate and encourage students to complete assignments and participate proactively. Expectation Management Set high expectations for student performance and inspire academic excellence. Professionalism Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education. Previous experience grading and providing feedback in a virtual environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality grading standards. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting. Tech-savvy with proficiency in online learning platforms and digital tools.
