Job description: Barnes & Noble is seeking a confident and resilient Call Center Officer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer... service. Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner 2. Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer requests and resolve issues 3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions 4. Listen actively to customer concerns and find solutions to meet their needs 5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies 6. Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and improve processes 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality 2. Strong problem-solving skills 3. Ability to think innovatively and adapt to change 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5.
