Responsibilities
Deliver efficient and professional customer service, promptly assisting clients while managing expectations to ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide accurate, real-time responses to telephone and written inquiries about general HR matters, including policies, procedures, and processes. Escalate complex issues as necessary, ensuring they are addressed appropriately. Accurately process employee-related transactions based on thorough research, specific employee information, and established guidelines. Maintain proper documentation and records for all HR-related cases using our HR Help Desk system.
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. Required: Bachelor's or Associate Degree with at least one year of experience in HR and/or customer support; OR no degree with three years of experience in HR and/or customer support. Must have a basic understanding of HR solutions and practices. Work Mode This position offers a hybrid remote work setup, allowing the flexibility to work from home and requiring some presence in the office.
