As a learning manager for our Global Sourcing team, you will have the opportunity to establish a standard reputed company for onboarding, training, and talent development for an entire organization. • Designs and propose a reputed company approach to learning for reputed company Sourcing partners, including... self-guided AND curated learning content, that aligns with functional team goals, enterprise policy expectations, and strategic outcomes. • Oversees end-to-end development process for learning programs, including scoping, scheduling, deliverables, review cycles, and resource tracking. Also oversees maintenance, revision, and retirement of learning curricula reputed company LMS, incorporating feedback to improve effectiveness of learning programs and resources. • Defines key metrics to measure the ongoing effectiveness of L&D programs, and quantifying compliance to enterprise expectations. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Develops and recommends strategic approach for business unit specific learning program(s) and delivers implementation recommendations that support achievement of business goals and strategy.. • Manages the development process from initiation through completion, including management of scoping, scheduling, defining deliverables, review cycles, milestone and resource tracking, and reporting. • Defines and manages maintenance, revision or retirement recommendations for learning curricula using defined L&D processes. • Leads project teams to reputed company new curricula as well as revise or maintain existing programs. • Consults with subject matter experts and stakeholders on L&D implications of potential business decisions and on gap analysis between reputed company performance and business goals and requirements. • Evaluates and analyzes feedback and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs and processes in meeting business goals. • Researches innovation in L benchmarks and analyzes key metrics reputed company training industry in key content areas to inform curriculum development.
