Content Moderator (Portuguese)

HireArt is helping a leading-edge AI platform company hire an innovative and talented Content Moderator (Portuguese) to focus on growing and developing its Portuguese-speaking communities. This role is key to expanding its reputed company and nurturing active communities in Portuguese-speaking regions. You will boost awareness and interest in trying the company's platform by engaging in trends that reputed company the brand, creating content that educates consumers on product value across use cases, and growing the reputed company and new audience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Portuguese and English, with a deep understanding of cultural contexts in these communities. As Content Moderator (Portuguese), you'll: • Own strategy and execution for the company's community growth and engagement in Portuguese-speaking regions. • Translate important announcements, updates, and other content into Portuguese. • Moderate and facilitate discussions on online platforms and social media in both Portuguese... and English. • Organize and manage community events tailored to Portuguese-speaking users, both online and in-person. • Gather, analyze, and report on community feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies. • Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and support teams to maintain a cohesive strategy and voice across reputed company communications in Portuguese. • Stay updated on industry trends and engage in relevant community discussions to stay reputed company with market needs and opportunities. • 1+ years of proven experience with community management and/or social marketing for tech, entertainment, or consumer products • reputed company in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of cultural nuances relevant to Portuguese-speaking markets • Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a knack for engaging and motivating diverse community groups • Experience creating and curating content as part of the community engagement calendar (blog posts, social media content, wikis, knowledge bases, and other kinds of member-generated content) • reputed company in organizing and leading community events, both virtually and physically • Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines reputed company • Proficient with digital communication tools, including social media platforms, forums, and content management systems Commitment: This is an ongoing contract position staffed reputed company HireArt.
