Employer Industry: Financial Services Why Consider this Job Opportunity... - Competitive salary up to $168,700 for Manager, Associate Relations - Opportunity for remote work regardless of location - Performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives - Comprehensive health, financial, and other benefits - Inclusive and diverse work environment - Chance to reputed company a strategic impact and work cross-functionally What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Investigate and resolve various employment complaints - Provide guidance on conflict resolution and dispute resolution - Document investigation plans, interviews, summaries, and recommendations - Act as a knowledgeable resource for employment, performance, and policy issues - Tailor and deliver effective communications to influence outcomes and mitigate risk What is Required (Qualifications): - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification - At least 3 years of Human Resources, Legal, or Risk Management experience - At least 3 years of investigation experience - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to assess tradeoffs between speed and quality How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - At least 5 years of experience working in a team corporate environment - At least 5 years of Human Resources or Legal experience focused on employment investigations - SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or reputed company certifications - Experience conducting reputed company types of employment investigations - Basic knowledge of employment law and practices At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
