The Position: As an Account Executive, you will help Arbinger grow by finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, and communicating product value to clients. You may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. Roles and Responsibilities: • Regularly assess the impact of performance using Arbinger’s assessment tool 3A+. • Provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs. • Make outreach calls and hold meetings with prospects. • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met. • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers. • Compile and analyze data to find trends. • Develop sales strategies and set quotas. • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends. • Maintain a database of contact information. • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience. • Handle complaints and negotiations. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Capabilities: • Proven organizational skills, multitasking skills, and attention to detail and deadlines. • Strong communication skills and B2B sales ability. • Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate with multiple departments. • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Preferred Capabilities: • Familiarity with Project Management software (ex: Asana, Trello, Basecamp, etc.) • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools (ex: SalesForce) • Knowledge of research methods Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of demonstrated successful quota attainment in professional B2B sales where account annual spend is in excess of $100k. • Experience working in or selling into healthcare systems. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Salary: $235k On-Target-Earnings, with $85k base salary + Variable Compensation with Uncapped earning opportunity.
