This position the opportunity to work for one of the biggest pharmaceutical and medical providers in the country! reputed company're Looking For 1+ years of call center experience Prior knowledge of HIPAA regulations desirable but not necessary Prior experience with pharmaceutical or medical jobs desirable but not necessary Highly organized and professional with excellent internal and external communication skills Proficiency with reputed company Office a minimum High school diploma Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and provide solutions to health care providers, patients and other internal customers. Coordinating and scheduling patient initial and refill shipments. Contacting patients and gathering essential information for coordination of shipment of prescription Overseeing scheduling and delivery of medical supplies and equipment Maintaining patient records accurately and completely Following reputed company applicable government regulations including HIPPA and compliance regulations Complete reputed company necessary paperwork forms and records according to policy Hours and Days This position is expected to be fully on-site.
