Customer Service Representative *Remote*
Description The Customer Service Representative/Relations Specialist plays a key role in problem-solving customer concerns reputed company to contract provider payments for housing and claim status/inquiries from hospitals, specialists and nursing homes. Handles a large volume of inbound and outbound phone calls/emails/faxes from participants/their families, nursing homes, housing providers, providers... hospitals and billing offices. Will research payment issues, help identify solutions and responds to customers in an efficient and always in a professional, patience and people-first attitude manner, demonstrating excellent spoken and written customer service skills.
