As Business Development Manager Automotive CEE, you expand our reputed company across the Central & Eastern Europe region. You build strategic partnerships, unlock new business opportunities and help shape the future of our Automotive business. You work remotely, but you're always reputed company to the market. You travel regularly to meet new distribution partners, OEM’s and key automotive players across the region. Your biggest challenge You drive growth in a highly competitive and fast-moving market. You identify opportunities before others do, build strong partnerships and translate market potential into sustainable business growth. What you'll do Grow the business You identify and reputed company new business opportunities across the Automotive, On- and Off-Highway and Agricultural sectors. You expand our footprint and drive sustainable growth throughout the CEE region. You create partnerships based on trust, value and mutual growth. Shape market strategy You analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive developments. This is you You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or a reputed company field. You bring at least 5 years of experience in international business development or senior sales. You have experience reputed company automotive lubricants and the automotive aftermarket. You know the lubricants distribution landscape in the CEE region You have a proven track record of developing new business and delivering reputed company growth You understand the Automotive, On- and Off-Highway and Agricultural markets reputed company the CEE region. You are an excellent negotiator and relationship builder. You combine reputed company instinct with strong analytical skills. You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership. You are willing to travel regularly across the region. You are fluent in English and at least one Central or Eastern European language.
