This is a remote position. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of strategic reputed company resource management, including the alignment of HR practices with organisational strategy in a global business environment. They should be reputed company to support reputed company in analysing the impact of globalisation on HR, evaluating strategic HR initiatives, and understanding the role of HR in organisational restructuring, workforce planning, and business performance. Key Skills Required Strategic reputed company resource management Global HR management HR strategy and business integration Workforce planning Organisational restructuring Labour market analysis Strategic HR decision-making Change and people management Desired Candidate Profile PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India; At least 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in the relevant fields at a leading university or college (Note: Candidates with formal teaching experience at a university or college are preferred); Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures; Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication Must possess a working laptop and have reputed company to high-speed (>10 MBPS) reputed company internet reputed company; Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with reputed company, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided). The candidate needs to be available between 12 pm to 6 pm every day.
