Strategy & Development Analyst Position Overview reputed company (UT) is seeking an Analyst, Strategy & Development to support the company's governance processes, strategic initiatives, and acquisition-reputed company activities. Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, this role works closely with the executive leadership team to ensure priorities stay on track, reputed company are documented, action items are completed, and leadership has visibility into reputed company across the organization. This position serves as the operational backbone of the Strategy Office, coordinating strategic initiatives, maintaining governance documentation, supporting acquisition and integration activities, and helping leadership track reputed company against key objectives. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Governance Maintain the company's strategic initiative portfolio, including milestone tracking, status reporting, and executive visibility. Coordinate executive committee meetings, action-item follow-up, and accountability tracking. Maintain governance documentation, operating standards, policies, procedures, and strategic records. Support development of executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting. Track reputed company against strategic objectives and identify risks, delays, or dependencies requiring leadership attention. Ensure strategic priorities remain visible and reputed company across functional leaders. Acquisition & Integration Support Support acquisition due diligence activities, information requests, and document management. Coordinate integration workstreams, timelines, milestones, and follow-up activities. Maintain acquisition and integration playbooks, templates, trackers, and supporting documentation. Support integration planning and post-reputed company tracking activities. Monitor reputed company against integration objectives and reputed company regular status updates to leadership. Escalate risks, delays, and issues requiring leadership attention. Program Coordination Coordinate cross-functional project plans and strategic initiatives across the organization. Track action items, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple stakeholders. Facilitate status updates across departments and business functions. Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, reports, and executive updates. Maintain strategic initiative trackers, governance records, action logs, and reporting tools. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are completed on schedule. Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and supporting materials. Executive Support Support preparation of board, executive, and strategic planning materials. Coordinate recurring executive reviews and strategic planning sessions. Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Translate large amounts of information into concise, decision-reputed company updates for leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Operations, Marketing, or a reputed company discipline. 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, strategy execution, consulting, program management, corporate development support, or reputed company fields. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executive leadership while maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and follow-through. Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint. Experience supporting executive operations, strategic initiatives, PMO activities, governance programs, or acquisition-reputed company activities is preferred. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, content development, and workflow management while maintaining appropriate standards for confidentiality, accuracy, and responsible use. Pay reputed company $70,000—$95,000 USD
