Job Description: Especialista de Servicio al Cliente – Investigaciones y Seguimiento de Paquetes - España Grado: 7 Trabajo desde reputed company Horario de disponibilidad: Entre 12:00 AM y 11:00 AM (42 horas semanales) Inglés: Intermedio Delivery Information Administrator DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO: Como Administrador/a de Información de reputed company de GBS, serás responsable de la investigación de paquetes, la evaluación de daños y la gestión de reclamaciones, utilizando sistemas internos para rastrear paquetes y localizar comprobantes de reputed company para los clientes, ofreciendo siempre un servicio de la más reputed company calidad. Este puesto también implica archivar, mantener informes y comunicarte con los clientes sobre las reclamaciones. Asimismo, te comunicarás con otros departamentos, tanto en España como a nivel internacional. Buscamos:

  • Español fluido (oral y escrito).
  • Un buen nivel de inglés (oral y escrito) será una ventaja.
  • Sólidas habilidades de atención al cliente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con personas de todos los niveles.
  • Excelente trato telefónico.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de reputed company autónoma y en equipo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
  • Conocimientos de informática/MS Office.
  • Formación: Bachillerato o equivalente.
