Summary The Global Legal Entity Governance Operations Specialist will partner closely with the Global reputed company (based in Washington D.C.) to drive operational reputed company across our legal entity governance program. Key Responsibilities: Tool & Data Management Support reputed company of a new legal-entity governance system. Budgeting & Financial Operations Support Support annual budgeting process for the legal entity governance function: forecast, create budget requests, partner with finance for approvals and tracking. Monitor ongoing expenditures and budget performance; report variances and propose corrective actions. Maintain and manage vendor relations, tool licenses and cost allocations reputed company to governance operations. Strong experience with tool implementation/data migration (system reputed company, administration). The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
