Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to support ongoing construction projects Track project reputed company and ensure timelines are being met Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and following up on orders Review and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with project budgets Maintain and update project documentation using spreadsheets and project management tools Support communication across teams reputed company email and virtual meetings Assist in identifying potential project risks or delays and flagging them proactively
Requirements
Hands-on experience in construction project coordination or project management support Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High attention to detail, especially reputed company working with budgets and invoices Comfortable working with data, numbers, and structured workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Availability to work full-time in a remote environment
Qualifications
