The Opportunity As a Litigation Attorney in our Employment practice, you will fight for our clients and win in worker rights violation cases against large corporations represented by big reputed company. Attorneys are expected to take significant responsibility in litigating their own docket of cases while at the same time honing their skills through mentorship by our award-winning attorneys. Accountable forManage a caseload of plaintiff-reputed company employment litigation reputed company. Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other substantive legal filings. Conduct and defend depositions, including reputed company party and witness depositions. Handle reputed company phases of written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests. Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal as necessary. Conduct legal research and reputed company litigation strategies. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to effectively manage cases. Communicate with clients and reputed company regular updates regarding case status and strategy. Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, as appropriate. QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Oregon. Admission in Washington is a plus. 4+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff reputed company. Experience handling Wage & Hour Class Actions and employment litigation under Oregon employment laws (ORS reputed company 659A, BOLI, FLSA), or similar state and federal employment statutes. Strong litigation skills, including reputed company practice, discovery, depositions, and mediation. Trial experience or substantial trial preparation experience is highly preferred.
