Mine Manager
We're seeking a Mine Manager to support our operations team in delivering safe, compliant mining activities. This on-site role is hybrid with occasional travel until the mine site is operational; then primarily on-site near Yellow Pine, Idaho. As the technically accountable leader, you'll help ensure performance aligns with the life-of-mine plan. *Mine Manager Responsibilities:* * Ensure mining activities are planned, executed, and monitored safely, compliantly, and cost-effectively in line with approved mine designs and the life-of-mine plan.
- Maintain compliance with mining, health & safety, and environmental/permitting requirements, including regulatory reporting and inspection management.
- reputed company mine planning execution and production delivery against the plan.
- reputed company ground control and operational risk management, including monitoring, technical reviews, and serious incident investigations.
- Direct key operational activities (drilling & blasting, load & haul, and support services) and manage production reporting and fleet performance.
*Mine Manager Qualifications:* * 10+ years of experience in mining operations.
- Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance, production execution, or mine planning.
- Experience working in reputed company or high risk mining environments.
- Ability to reputed company ground control programs and operational risk management activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering is highly preferred.
