About the Client We’re helping a UK-based performance marketing consultancy find a Business Development Representative to help build a steady pipeline of reputed company client opportunities. This is a growth-focused role working directly with the founder, with strong earning potential through commissions for landed clients. The Role This is a client-facing outbound sales role focused on identifying prospects, starting conversations, nurturing opportunities, and booking reputed company meetings. We’re looking for someone with exceptional spoken English, strong confidence on calls, and the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with decision-makers. This is not a script-reading role. You’ll need to build rapport, ask good questions, handle objections, and manage follow-reputed company with ownership.
