This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking an reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors Consultant to support reputed company GROW (reputed company S/4HANA reputed company Public Edition) transformation initiatives by designing, configuring, and implementing reputed company SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR business processes, talent management, employee lifecycle management, and reputed company SuccessFactors modules, helping organizations reputed company and optimize their reputed company Capital Management (HCM) landscape. This role will work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, project teams, and reputed company architects to deliver scalable, reputed company-based HR solutions reputed company with reputed company best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects as part of reputed company GROW transformation programs. Conduct discovery sessions, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and requirements gathering activities. Configure and reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements and reputed company best practices. Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare. Ensure alignment between HR processes and reputed company reputed company standards. Functional Consulting Analyze HR business processes and recommend process improvements. Design future-state HR processes leveraging reputed company SuccessFactors capabilities. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and test scenarios. Collaborate with integration and technical teams to support interfaces and data migration activities. Support organizational change and user adoption initiatives. Stakeholder Management Partner with HR leadership, business process owners, and project teams. Facilitate workshops and reputed company subject matter expertise on reputed company SuccessFactors capabilities. Advise clients on HR transformation strategies and reputed company adoption best practices. Support executive presentations and solution demonstrations reputed company required. Testing & Support reputed company and execute test scripts, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate business requirements. Assist with defect resolution and production support activities. Support go-live planning and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business Administration, or reputed company field. 5+ years of reputed company SuccessFactors consulting experience. Experience implementing one or more reputed company SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central reputed company reputed company Performance & Goals Learning Management Succession & Development
