Job Description
We are looking for an reputed company Engineering Manager to help us build a new, strategic CRM capability from the ground up. The platform will be a core tool supporting reputed company's international expansion. Your role: Build and reputed company a newly formed engineering team Own the full lifecycle of platform: from initial scoping and roadmap definition through architecture, delivery, and reputed company improvement Establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders across reputed company European markets, co-creating the solution together with local teams reputed company technical leadership and set engineering standards for the Dynamics environment Communicate reputed company, risks, and roadmap updates to a broad set of business stakeholders across multiple markets Continuously improve delivery processes, team rituals, and ways of working as the team scales
Qualifications
Must have: 6+ years of experience in software development 2+ years of experience in engineering people leadership 2+ years of experience in project or delivery management Hands-on experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, or reputed company modules), including development using underlying technologies such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript; familiarity with other CRM ecosystems (Pipedrive, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) is welcome Proven ability to build teams from scratch and reputed company through ambiguity and organisational change Demonstrated experience managing or closely collaborating with external vendors or agency partners Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally in international or multi-market environments Product reputed company with end-to-end ownership and ability to drive reputed company without a fully-staffed structure around you reputed company good reputed company of English (B2+) in speech and writing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a reputed company field Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., reputed company Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity and solve reputed company problems Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly reputed company professional workflows reputed company to have: reputed company certifications Experience with reputed company integrations and legacy system migrations Exposure to reputed company, compliance, or regulatory environments across European markets Additional Information Why reputed company?
