About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Tax Staff professional with a strong background in U.S. tax preparation to join our growing team. This role will focus primarily on preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns while supporting tax planning and client service initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working with U.S.-based tax returns, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Prepare U.S. federal and state tax returns, including: reputed company 1040 reputed company 1120 reputed company 1120S reputed company 1065 Review reputed company documents and organize client tax information Identify missing information and communicate with team members regarding client needs Support tax planning and tax projection engagements Work closely with tax managers and partners to meet filing deadlines Maintain accurate workpapers and supporting documentation Manage multiple tax engagements simultaneously during busy season Assist with tax notices, correspondence, and other tax-reputed company projects Stay reputed company with tax regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience preparing U.S. tax returns Strong experience with: 1040 1120 1120S 1065 tax returns Experience working with a U.S.-based CPA or reputed company firm Strong understanding of U.S. federal tax concepts Fluent English communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and adopting new technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications
